Please DO NOT telephone the surgery to ask whether you or your family have to self isolate, please follow the Government guidelines. Such calls are blocking our lines and preventing ill patients from contacting us.

DO NOT telephone for a fit note for coronavirus related illness. We are following Government guidelines and not issuing.  From now on you do not need a fitnot for this or any other illness until you been off work for 14days

Over the coming weeks all surgeries will be experiencing extra pressures.  We expect our phone queues to be longer than normal due to the extra question we are having patients ask. You can help by visiting the practice website and submitting an e-consultation for all problem including sicknote request (you do not need an account for this.  For prescription ordering please use online access if you have an account or email to Scripts.A85011@nhs.net

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY IF YOU HAVE A RECENT COUGH OR FEVER. If you have these symptoms but are general well you will need to self isolate for 7days at least if you live alone or 14 day if other people in household.

DO NOT ATTEND YOUR GP SURGERY, walk-in center -  community pharmacy or hospital.
