Who can access this service?
- Children under 12 years old
- With acute (sudden or urgent) illness
Common reasons to contact us:
- Fever or high temperature
- Breathing difficulties or wheezing V Vomiting, diarrhoea, or dehydration
- Rashes or infections
- Sudden worsening of symptoms
- Any illness you feel needs urgent GP attention
How to access care:
- Contact reception as early as possible
- Request GP triage for an acutely unwell child
- A clinician will assess and arrange appropriate care
