As Practice Manager, I oversee the running of the practice, ensuring our patients receive a high-quality, efficient, and welcoming service. I work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to support the smooth delivery of care, manage practice operations, and help maintain the highest standards of patient experience.

My role includes overseeing staff, HR, H&S, finances, regulatory compliance, and service development, while continually looking for ways to improve how we deliver care. I am committed to creating a positive environment for both patients and staff, ensuring the practice remains responsive, well-organised, and focused on providing safe, compassionate, and accessible healthcare for our community.
